Who is Smartbnb for?
Smartbnb works for anyone managing short-term rentals. Half of our customers are property owners who now have their life back from routine tasks thanks to Smartbnb. The other half are property managers who were able to grow and scale by using our solution.
Are there any additional fees?
There are no additional fees. You only pay a flat fee per Airbnb listing with check-ins in the past 30 days.
Can I extend my trial?
Not normally, but if for whatever reason you didn’t manage to use your trial properly, chat with our support team and we may be able to help.
Do you offer volume discounts?
The more Airbnb listings with check-ins in the past 30 days you manage, the lower our fee per listing gets. You can use the calculator above to see how much you would pay.
Do you charge a minimum fee?
Our base fee covers up to 2 Airbnb listings with check-ins in the past 30 days (Booking.com and Vrbo are free). Past the first 2, we only charge other Airbnb listings where there was a check-in in the past 30 days, keeping our pricing growth-friendly.
What is an active listing?
An active listing is a listing where there was at least 1 check-in during the past 30 days. Only Airbnb listings will be counted. For more on this please check our FAQ.
