By The Smartbnb Team
A new Smartbnb Help Center is now available to all our users! There you can get answers to the most common questions and learn how to use Smartbnb effectively to deliver a great experience to your guests.
Our team has been working hard for several months to create this comprehensive online knowledge base. We used information gathered by our customer support team about the most common questions that Smartbnb users ask.
Our team members created helpful user manuals that cover a ton of topics our subscribers are interested in. The goal was to update our Help Center with new information and organize it in a way that you can easily find instant answers to practically any question.
We hope that all our users will benefit from those articles. You’ll find articles for new users as well as advanced use cases like automatically offering an extended stay. The chances are that even experienced Smartbnb users may learn something new or discover some of the features of our system that they did not know about before.
How do you use the new Smartbnb Help Center?
The manuals are organized into 11 categories. The knowledge base has all sorts of use cases for each of the six components of our system:
- Guest Experience
You can find answers to additional questions about the system as a whole as well, including
- Connecting Airbnb and Vrbo to Smartbnb
- User Management
- Account & Settings
If you need an answer to a specific question, you can search for articles using the search option.
Our product team is always working to improve the desktop version of Smartbnb and our mobile apps. They use your feedback to add new features that will help you manage different parts of your short-term rental business and ensure a wonderful guest experience.
We plan to update our content and add new articles regularly. That’s why we recommend you check out the info in our knowledge base often to stay updated and discover new features.
If you have any questions or comments, we’ll be happy to hear from you. Please contact us at [email protected]
One of the ways short-term rental owners make extra income is by upselling. A host in Miami recently shared with us that they make at least $100 per month extra with almost no effort.
A useful feature of Smartbnb that might not be immediately obvious is that you can automatically ask your guests if they’d like to stay an extra night, or you can offer them a late check-out for a fee.
