One of the ways short-term rental owners make extra income is by upselling. A host in Miami recently shared with us that they make at least $100 per month extra with almost no effort.
A useful feature of smartbnb that might not be immediately obvious is that you can automatically ask your guests if they’d like to stay an extra night, or you can offer them a late check-out for a fee. In fact, you could even offer them early check-in for a fee.
Smartbnb will automatically look at your calendar and trigger a message if the night before a stay --or the one after-- is available.
You can configure the message as part of your existing messages, like, for example, as part of your booking confirmation message, first morning message, check-out message. Or you can set it up as a separate message.
Nothing to worry about. As long as your calendar is up to date, the details will be updated across all booking sites.
If you don’t want a message to go out for a specific stay you can edit the message for that guest, or delete a message completely.
Extra income, of course. Some hosts also like to offer early check-in or late check-out.
